Embracing You Inc. is conducting this survey to gather valuable information about the single-parent community. This information will help us design programming that caters to single-parent families. Survey participants who are U.S. residents aged 18+ will be entered in a raffle to win a $100 Amazon gift card and only one entry per survey participant.

Board members, employees and their families of Embracing You Inc. are ineligible. No purchase is necessary; free entries are available via survey. Prizes are non-transferable, and odds depend on total entries. Only one-time entries will be accepted. The winner will be randomly selected and notified by email; an alternate will be chosen if uncontactable within 5 days. Winners are responsible for taxes and fees. Embracing You Inc. may modify or terminate the raffle.
