Within the framework of RBAS’ Evaluation Strategy and our continuous efforts to enhance evaluations’ planning and implementation, RBAS conducted an assessment of performance on decentralized evaluation in Q4 2023 and identified several issues/challenges related to procurement and project extensions that affected the implementation of the evaluation plan in 2023. This survey aims to collect more information on those challenges and ensure more effective planning coupled with better performance in 2024.
