Introduction


The goal of this survey is to identify the challenges in recruiting and retaining transplant professionals and to understand the needs and motivations of professionals in the field.

The results of the survey will be presented during the ESOT Congress 2025 in London in a dedicated session called "The future of transplantation: recruiting the next generation of transplant professionals".
This survey will take around 15 minutes to finish and your answers will remain anonymous.
