Easter Seals is seeking information about the experience of individuals who have purchased health insurance through the Affordable Care Act’s exchanges in six states: Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan and Texas. We want to learn about the real experience of real people so we can evaluate if people are, in fact, able to access the health care they need. We will use this information to see if changes to the program are required to meet the law’s goals.
