The Equity Leaders Institute (ELI) is a unique learning opportunity for educators and community leaders committed to advancing education equity in their local settings.
ELI participants engage in shared learning experiences specifically designed to facilitate in-depth discussion, examination, and planning. This application process allows ELI planners to gain a sense of potential participants’ areas of need and interests to inform session content and activities.
Please note this is an application for entrance into the institute. The institute is designed for individuals with an advanced understanding of important equity concepts and who are leading equity efforts in their local setting. Every person interested in enrolling in the ELI should complete their own individual application. Applicants must demonstrate an adequate level of understanding of core equity concepts to be admitted into the institute. Group applications are not permitted.
