The EIS is proudly a member-led union. To support our work, all members must be given the opportunity to share their experiences of working in Scottish education.

This national survey is our most ambitious yet as it brings together several workstreams into a single survey. It has been broken down into 6 sections. The first 3 sections are designed for all members and look at issues such workload and health and wellbeing. These questions should take around 10 minutes to complete.

There are then a further 3 sections. At the beginning of each section, you will see what areas are covered within that section and how long it takes to complete. No section should take more than 10 minutes to complete, and you will be prompted at the beginning of sections 4, 5 and 6 if you want to continue or if you want to leave the survey. Please note that for your answers to be submitted, you must navigate to the end of the survey to complete your return.
