The Faculty of Education is seeking your help to prepare and refine our programs. Your opinions and insights are important to us, and we would be most appreciative of your participation. If you have already completed this survey, thank you and no further responses are required from you at this time.

If you are INTERESTED in continuing as a research participant, please provide us with your name, student number, and contact information at the end of the survey. Please note that your name and student number will always be replaced by an identifying code in order to protect your anonymity. The collected information will be confidentially stored on a password protected computer with access restricted to Dr. Thelma Gunn in the Faculty of Education at the University of Lethbridge (Phone: 403-393-2458 or Email: Thelma.gunn@uleth.ca). Results may be presented at conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals.
