Wildfire Public Survey
El Dorado County is updating its local wildfire protection plan for the West Slope of the County. This plan aims to identify local wildfire hazards and risks and outline actions to address them. It will help set priorities for the community and support funding requests for wildfire mitigation projects.
The update is a collaborative effort involving community members, local fire agencies, CAL FIRE, fire safe councils, the Forest Service, and other partners. Your participation is key to developing a plan that works for the whole region.
The purpose of the survey is to collect information from the public and stakeholders to better understand their experiences and concerns.
