Diabetes Prevention - Are You at Risk?- GO Health Spring 2025

Has a healthcare provider told you that you might be at risk for type 2 diabetes or do you have any of the following risk factors?
  • You are overweight,
  • You do not get much physical activity,
  • You have a parent or sibling who has Type 2 diabetes,
  • You are 45 years of age or older,
  • You had gestational diabetes (diabetes while pregnant),
  • You were diagnosed with high blood pressure, and/or
  • You have been told you are prediabetic

This class might be for you!
 
The National Diabetes Prevention Program is an evidence-based educational program that encourages proven lifestyle changes that can prevent or reverse prediabetes or prevent or delay type 2 diabetes. Spending just 27 hours over the course of one year can change your life!
