Delaware Tribe of Indians COVID-19 Tribal Member Needs Assessment

The purpose of this COVID-19 Tribal Member Needs Assessment survey is to gain a better understanding of the priorities of the community. This survey will guide tribal leadership in both seeking possible projects to prepare, prevent, and recover from COVID-19 and seek out grant funding that aligns with the needs of the people. The survey can assist in telling our story to possible funders.
