Section One

The CUC Board has convened a team to look at the process used to make decisions in CUC general meetings and special meetings. Our team has been tasked with recommending whether this should change and, if so, how it should change. We would like to invite you to fill out this survey to share your perspective on the principles that are most important in how the CUC makes collective decisions and any experience you have with different decision-making systems.

We expect this survey will take 5-30 minutes to complete, depending how much time you spend on the open-ended questions. All questions are optional. We strongly encourage you to complete the demographic questions at the end of the survey to help us understand who is responding to these questions.
