Shropshire Council provides day opportunities across 8 countywide locations. We provide a variety of activities for individuals from arts and crafts, quizzes, exercise, equipment, gardening, cooking, baking, music; to computers, welding, woodwork and farming, whilst supporting and promoting independence and supporting life skills.

As part of Shropshire Councils transformation programme, we're seeking the views of the people who attend the services, families, friends, staff and our stakeholders to provide their feedback through an online survey. The purpose is to gather the views of as many people in Shropshire as possible. There are separate surveys for each of these groups, so please be sure to find the survey that applies to you.

The informal survey seeks feedback on individuals' experiences with Day opportunities. It includes questions on the specific centres attended, the services used and the frequency of participation. Quality statements used by the CQC are also included. The quality statements show how services and providers need to work together to plan and deliver high quality care.

Please help us in understanding what these services mean to you and what you like to see in the future.

The survey will close on 15 December 2024.
