Thank you for your interest in applying for a code enforcement scholarship from Community Progress!

We are excited to once again partner with communities who are willing to critically evaluate the broken status quo, and explore, pilot, and implement innovative local housing and building code enforcement systems and practices to achieve more equitable, effective, and efficient outcomes when addressing vacant, abandoned, and deteriorated (VAD) properties.

A limited number of applicants will be selected to receive up to 200 hours of customized technical assistance from a team of experts at Community Progress. The projects will be carried out between March and September, 2025. The value of these services is approximately $50,000, but the scholarship will fully underwrite these costs. No cash contribution will be required of selected scholarship recipients.
