The 2016 Annual Information Statement (AIS) public consultation paper seeks feedback on the changes proposed to the 2016 AIS.
The ACNC is very keen to hear from a wide range of charities and their representatives and advisors from across the country. Every effort will be made to accommodate suggestions within the limitations of the requirements of the ACNC Act.
Please read the public consultation paper and executive summary in conjunction with the Commissioner's Policy Statement: Annual Information Statements, which provides a more comprehensive overview of the legislative background and objectives of the AIS.
Submissions will be accepted until 5pm on Friday 27 November 2015.
