As we approach Mental Health Awareness Month (May), the American Farmland Trust is reaching out to farmers, ranchers, and other folk involved in agriculture to learn more about how you care for your own mental health.

We're asking you to share your favorite self-care tips, so that we can (anonymously) re-share them out to the greater agricultural community. We hope to shine a light on the stresses faced by folks in agriculture, and hope that some folks pick up new ways to support their own mental health through the sharing of others' practices.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, you are not alone! Please reach out for support by calling or texting 988.
