This audit is being conducted by Parents for ADHD Advocacy Australia for the purposes of tracking the effect of NSW Disability Strategy on school disciplinary practises for students with ADHD.
Who qualifies:
Parents or carers of school-aged children who have a diagnosis of ADHD.
The child has attended /attends an NSW public school (primary or secondary) in 2020.
ADHD diagnosis has been disclosed to the child's school.
The child had received a suspension during the 2020 school year.
If you have multiple children who fit the criteria, please answer the full set of questions for each child individually.
Anonymity:
We do not collect personally-identifying information.
Answers will be analysed as an aggregated group.
We would like to ask for the school's electoral area to help identify decision-makers to prioritise in advocacy efforts.
