CBDG Consolidated Plan Survey

Every five years, the City of Kankakee develops a 5-year Consolidated Plan to guide the use of federal funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program dollars will be used to address priority housing, homeless, special needs, and community and economic development needs identified in the plan. Your response to this survey will help us identify priorities for the use of HUD CDBG funds the City will receive.

Transitional Housing - Temporary housing that includes supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness with the goal of temporary stability and support to successfully move to and maintain permanent housing.
