Welcome!


This is the online application for The Recovery Exchange (TREx), which will take place from March 2025 to August 2026 (18 months), and The Learning Network (TLN), which will take place in 8-month cohorts (March 2025 - October 2025 or January 2026 - August 2026). General information about each program is available here.

Eligibility to Apply for these Programs
  • All participating organizations must provide services in Texas.
  • Each team must represent a mental health service provider agency that receives state funding.
  • Each applicant/ applicant team must agree to take part in all required activities.
  • Persons may apply (and be accepted) for both programs.
  • TREx applicants must form teams of 4-6 individuals representing one agency or an established coalition.
  • An organization may submit multiple applications for the TREx program if team members and projects are distinct.
  • TLN applicants are encouraged to apply as a team from an organization, and individual applicants are welcome.

Steps to Apply for The Learning Network
  1. Review all of the program activities to determine whether The Learning Network program is a fit for your organization’s needs, and whether a team from your organization can fully commit to the activities.
  2. If your organization has a team that applies to The Learning Network (encouraged), coordinate with team members to submit your responses.
  3. Submit the online application by February 12, 2025 by 5:00 pm local time.
Steps to Apply for The Recovery Exchange
  1. Review all of the program activities to determine whether The Recovery Exchange program fits your organization’s needs and whether your organization can fully commit to the program requirements.
  2. Identify a team that includes various roles and a team lead interested in coordinating this effort.
  3. Submit the online application in its entirety by February 12, 2025 by 5:00 pm local time, including a letter of commitment from an Executive Sponsor and completion of the experiential component of the application
