Standing Ovation Nomination Form

Nominations are limited to one per campus/department per month

Candidate must meet the following criteria:

Be a full-time, NON-TEACHING professional, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, support staff employee of Frisco ISD.  (Not eligible--Principals, District Coordinators and above).

Examples of Non Teaching Professionals-business office, benefits, communications, curriculum, federal programs, fine arts, community relations, counseling, human resources, nursing, payroll, risk management, special education, student services, support services, business applications, technology, athletics, natatorium, child development, nutrition, printshop, truancy, auditing, construction, custodial, maintenance, security, testing, textbooks, transportation.

Be employed with Frisco ISD for at least one (1) year.

Not have been selected as Employee of the Month within the school year.

Have a positive attitude toward work responsibilities, coworkers, parents, students and serves as a role model for others.

Be productive, exhibit commitment to quality in carrying out job responsibilities, and be an asset to the staff of his/her department.

Be willing to take initiative, accept and carry out additional responsibilities beyond assigned job requirements.

Show willingness to exercise servant-leadership for the district and community as a whole.

Be dependable and punctual, complete assignments on time, and participate in additional responsibilities.

May be nominated more than once.

Nominations must be submitted on the form and received by the committee before the 25th of each month in order to be considered for that month’s award.

Recipients shall not be eligible for the award more than once in any school year period.

Nominees who do not receive the award for the month in which they were nominated, may be nominated again.
