Introduction You are invited to participate in this survey to help Tracey, and the research team from MANITOBA POSSIBLE (was Society for Manitobans with Disabilities – SMD Inc.) understand about the experiences Deaf and hard of hearing Manitobans have when trying to access mental health supports in the community.

Tracey Bone is a social worker and professor at the University of Manitoba, and has an older brother who is Deaf. She has worked with members of the Deaf community for many years.
The survey has 20 short questions, some about you and some about your experiences. We are interested in your experiences, both good and bad.
Your participation is voluntary – you decide to participate or not. Please review all the details below or watch the ASL video to help explain about the study before deciding.
