Improving and securing bus services in the Chew Valley

This survey has been designed by Chew Valley CIC Sustainable Transport Partnership who are responsible for the delivery of two WESTlocal fixed route services (X91 Chew Valley Sprint and 99 Chew Valley Cat). Information gathered will be used to write a report, in the media and on social media and will not be shared with others. Please only write things you are happy for us to use in this way.

We want to know about the travel habits of people who live, work or travel within the Chew Valley.

We want to discover whether changing the X91 or 99 routes would help more people get on board.

Any question in the survey can be skipped, but please answer as many as you can so that we can make the best possible case for improving services and receiving ongoing funding.

At the end of the survey there is a text box for any additional comments, an option for students at Chew Valley School to enter the House competition and, for people who choose to leave an email, an option to be entered into a prize draw for the chance of winning a £30 voucher to spend at The Waldegrave, East Harptree. Your email will not be used for any other purpose.

We estimate completing the whole survey will take between 15-30 minutes.

Thank you for your time
