* 5. Persistent inequalities exist in who experiences homelessness as well as who is adequately served by the system of homeless service providers. OCPEH is committed to ensuring that race, ethnicity and other aspects of identity do not predict who enters the homeless system and who successfully obtains and maintains housing. How does equity work show up in your life?

* 7. The OCPEH LT concluded one year of racial equity training with Conscious Leadership consultant in June 2021. What was most important to you about that experience and how would you like to see it applied to the work of the OCPEH?

OCPEH LT adopted the 2019-2020 Plan to End Homelessness that included the following:1) Conduct data analysis on racial disparities related to homelessness and present this information alongside annual Community Data Review event 2) To better reflect the people being served in the Orange County homeless service system, increase percentage of African-Americans on the OCPEH Leadership Team from 19% to at least 35% Where are we in achieving these goals?
