The United States Department of Energy’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) has been tasked with assisting in the operation of a recognition program for credentialing bodies called “DOE Energy Skilled Recognition”. See information at the following websites for additional information about the program: https://bsesc.energy.gov/recognition and https://bsesc.energy.gov/recognition/energy-skilled.

As a part of this project, PNNL is working with large search engine organizations to develop a mechanism for consumers to readily identify companies that have at least one person, that is recognized as Energy Skilled by the Department of Energy and who has been trained or certified by a credentialing body.

In order to obtain the greatest benefit from this program, we have developed this data collection form that credentialing bodies can send to companies that they have provided training or certification to. This form will be used to gather data from those companies. We are only requesting company level information, respecting the privacy of individual's names and other personal identifiable information.

By participating in this program and supplying the requested information, the providing company understands and agrees that any data delivered pursuant to this arrangement is provided “AS-IS” without any representations, warranties or restrictions of any kind. All of the provided data will be considered open, non-proprietary and part of the public domain. It may be shared freely, including with any organization that would like to point people to your contractor network or company. This could include, but is not limited to search engine organizations, utilities, state energy offices, and government organizations like the EPA.

Your participation is welcomed and appreciated.
