1. Introduction

Greetings,

My name is Mike Saunderson, and I am a fourth-year Ph.D. student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

My research aims to:

·   Explain why organizations value and implement the evaluation of the transfer of training.

·   Quantify and explain how organizations use technology to collect, store, and analyze transfer-related data.

·    Understand the role of organization size in evaluating the transfer of training.

This survey incorporates 18 questions from the 2009, 2015, 2019, and 2023 Association for Talent Development (ATD) surveys. Three questions about learning objectives were added. This survey takes about 15 minutes. Any information collected will be included in my dissertation. Your participation is voluntary.
