While we understand that some may not be able or desire to participate virtually, we want your voice to be heard.
In an effort to increase participation, we have created a short survey asking you to share any thoughts and/or feelings about racial equity in Lane County.
Your responses will be recorded anonymously and will be used for the purpose of helping us answer the questions addressed in the sessions:
· What things could or should Lane County do in order to ensure that racial equity is achieved?
· How will you know that we got it right?
· How should we define success?
Our objective is to support our communities by listening to what you have to say and by working together to identify, acknowledge, and address the root causes of inequities in Lane County services and outcomes, and to find antiracist policies to eliminate those inequities.
