Thank you for taking this survey about the House Cleaning Technician (HCT) Training and Certification course that IICRC offers.  It should take no more than 4 minutes to complete and will help us develop programs that more effectively meet your needs.
1.The House Cleaning Technician Training and Certification course teaches everything necessary to clean effectively, efficiently and safely for measurable results.  When cleaning staff use cleaning skills based on science and industry best practices it improves service quality, increases customer retention, elevates staff professionalism, reduces employee turnover and protects cleaning companies from liability.

This two-day, in-person course was developed, with IICRC oversight, by a committee of industry professionals with diverse backgrounds reaching consensus on all technical information covered in the material.
