Please, read carefully before you begin submitting Expression of Interest:
- The APNIC Foundation, through its Digital Leap South Asia project, aims to offer professional certifications and skill development training to people in the technical community in South Asia, from the economies of Afghanistan, Maldives, and Pakistan.
- This questionnaire aims to collect information from interested learners within the technical community from the abovementioned economies to (a) understand their current knowledge of key Internet topics and professional development needs; and (b) conduct due diligence for a possible enrolment.
Submitting this questionnaire does not guarantee a place in the skills development program. This is just to understand the level of interest among community members. All applications are subject to approval and availability of funding. - “Technical community” refers to people who are currently, or were previously, involved in the Internet industry, Internet networks and networking, Internet policy or regulatory bodies, research or education bodies, or related fields.
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the course or certifications you choose to be eligible to participate in this professional development training.
- This questionnaire will take about 20 minutes to complete. The questions marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to answer.
Please complete the questionnaire by 20 January 2025, 23:59 UTC. - Please have your national identity document, or passport, or residency card ready for upload as you begin this questionnaire. Submitting an identity document is required for a due diligence check.
