2019 Carlsbad Air Service Demand Survey
Estimating demand for new service from McClellan–Palomar Airport in Carlsbad
Various North County Chambers of Commerce and the San Diego North EDC recently met with a new airline that is interested in serving the Carlsbad-Palomar Airport as early as this Winter. The airline was established to serve a Rocky Mountain ski resort in 2018, operating flights from Austin and Dallas. Flights were very successful and the resort plans to expand into Southern California. The airline is well funded by the resort as well as a public partnership with the resort community. The airline intends to serve Carlsbad from this resort destination beginning this Winter, but wants to explore other market opportunities from Carlsbad as well. Your answers will help them gauge demand and help North County Business organizations bring more air service to North County.
The first 50 survey respondents will receive a FREE $10 Starbucks card. Delivery of the card may take up to 48 hours.
