Getting Started

Pakistan Software Houses Association for IT and ITeS (P@SHA) and Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) are jointly conducting a survey to assess the skillset and educational background of the current workforce in Pakistan's IT industry and to forecast future manpower requirements. This initiative aims to assist in planning academic programs and training streams to support and facilitate the growth of the IT sector in Pakistan.
The outcome of this survey will help identify and evaluate the training needs that IT companies require to address skill gaps and meet industry demands.
The survey is divided into the following 5 sections:
1. Analysis of skill requirements for resources based on experience
2. Identification of areas requiring reskilling and upskilling
3. Key areas where certification programs are needed
4. Non-technical skills required for training programs
5. Emerging skills, tools, and technologies shaping the IT industry
Note: This survey is open to everyone and is not restricted to P@SHA or PSEB members. Feel free to share the survey within your network to maximize responses and ensure comprehensive insights.

Thank you for your time.
