The Reconnecting to Our Waterways (ROW) Aesthetics Committee has been relatively dormant and is the process of re-energizing and reforming. Because you are active in Indianapolis’ arts community, we need your input to help us rethink the committee’s purpose and goals.

Originally this committee was created to bring specific, action-oriented expertise and resources to advance the Aesthetics guiding principle to: "Infuse functional art and natural beauty into waterway neighborhoods resulting in experiential sensory engagement."
