Post-Assessment

Thank you for taking the time to complete this leadership assessment! It will serve as a comparison to the pre-assessment you completed at the beginning of this program, which helps in answering the question, “How has the needle moved?” It is an important part of the leadership development process.

There are two important notes about the leadership assessment before you complete it:

1. This is a personal assessment for you. Please be honest so that we can gauge our leadership progress from the beginning to the end of this program to determine the value.

2. The leadership assessment includes leadership behaviors (the ones we focused on throughout the program), and an open-ended question. You will assess your level of agreement with each behavioral statement and answer the questions honestly.
Level of Agreement: 1 is low and 5 is high.
