Directors Evaluation Forms

In line with the Directors Performance Evaluation Policy and relevant regulatory requirements, a Board assessment process must be completed annually (with external support every 5 years). For the 2023 year this process will start on [ ] and close on [ ] . Thereafter the results will be collated and presented to the Board Nomination, HR and ESG Committee, and Group CoSec will coordinate any necessary follow up actions.

 

All questions are mandatory and will take less than 15 minutes to complete.

 

Directors should be rest assured that the results of this survey will be anonymized and that all comments will be maintained in a confidential manner.
