The more people share their ideas, experiences and concerns about NHS and social care, the more services can understand what works, what doesn't and what people want from care in the future.

Below is some terminology used throughout the survey and what it means.
Digital apps - websites, apps, platforms or online means of accessing your healthcare.
Healthcare providers - GP's, hospitals, clinics
Focus groups - small groups of people who will be asked a series of questions in order for us to be able to gain more insight into their experience.
