I understand that:
My artwork will form the branding of the wayfinding and interpretive signage project for the Welcome Place Project and live alongside the existing BGLC and DGNN logos.
· A formal license agreement will follow where BGLC will hire me to design symbols at the rate of 2,500+ GST.
· BGLC/DGNN will be able to use the artwork at BGLC/DGNN’s discretion for perpetuity and the final artwork copyright will belong to BGLC/DGNN in perpetuity.
· I will be publicly attributed as the artist of the artwork.
· BGLC/DGNN will have ownership and copyright of the artwork which may be adjusted for different signage contexts.
I will be required to provide an invoice for payment.
