ASU Academic Identity Survey

ASU is in the process of reviewing and revising its Academic Master Plan, which frames the ongoing analysis of all academic programs and demonstrates alignment of programs with the university's mission. This short survey is to solicit input from ASU students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community members about ASU's Academic Identity - the characteristics of the ASU campus, curriculum, and academic experience that we want people to envision when they think of Adams State University.

This survey has been reviewed and approved by ASU's Institutional Review Board to ascribe to appropriate research ethics.  No personally identifying information is being collected about respondents, and the information is being gathered solely to inform the Academic Master Plan process.  The survey consists of eight questions, and should take no more than fifteen minutes to complete.  Please provide you input into this important process that will shape ASU's academic strategies.
