Twisp Valley Power and Irrigation Survey to Determine Leaks in Shareholder Diversion Boxes, Pump Chambers, or Other Water Containment Systems

1.This survey is intended to develop priorities for possible cost share funding from Washington State. There is no guarantee that TVPI will qualify for this funding, nor can we guarantee that repairing or replacing your specific system, should it be desirable, can be included as a priority in this proposal. Right now, the purpose of the survey is to gather information to possibly develop a proposal for funding this year or in 2024.

Please begin here:

Is your irrigation water gravity fed?
2.Is your irrigation water supplied by a pump, either individually to you or to several users
3.Please indicate the approximate amount of water leaking from your diversion box and which is therefore unavailable for irrigation (such leakage could be caused by concrete cracking, settling, aging, improper construction, etc.)
4.If you hold water in a cistern or have another containment system in addition to your diversion box, and if that system leaks, please answer the following question using the definitions provided.
5.Should funding become available to cost share some improvements to shareholder systems, and should your system be selected as a priority, would you be interested in participating?
6.If yes, do you give the directors or their representatives permission to examine and possibly photograph your diversion box or other water containment system for the purpose of this proposal?
