2022 Energy Efficiency Policy Forum Attestation |
We look forward to seeing you at the Policy Forum on December 8 at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. The Policy Forum requires that all in-person attendees complete the following attestation indicating vaccination status as well as a commitment to taking a COVID test no more than 48 hours before arrival (affirming that a positive result will cancel your in-person registration). If the attestation is not signed prior to arrival, it must be signed on-site before receiving conference materials.
Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. The CDC recommends that people get fully vaccinated and boosted. Per the CDC, vaccines are safe and highly effective at protecting people from severe COVID-19. Getting fully vaccinated yourself may also protect people around you. The CDC still recommends prevention measures for unvaccinated people. For more information see www.cdc.gov.
Safety guidelines are subject to change at any time based on federal, state, and local regulations. We ask that in-person attendees do not attend the forum if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of illness. On a voluntary basis, please also consider downloading the DC COVID Alert Notice app, https://coronavirus.dc.gov/dccan.
