Keynote Proposal Interest Form North Carolina Center for Nonprofits' Conference |
The Conference for North Carolina’s Nonprofits, a two-day professional development and networking event, is the premier event for our state’s nonprofit sector. Throughout its 30+ year history, this Conference has provided a place where nonprofit staff and board leaders come together to learn, to network, and be inspired. The Conference is held annually in the fall.
The Center welcomes keynote proposals from practitioners who are content experts, experienced in educating adult learners, and who wish to build, improve, and advance the sector by providing a keynote for the Center’s extensive and diverse audience of nonprofits at our annual conference. Keynotes typically range from 30-45 minutes, including Q-and-A.
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, and keynotes are typically selected in February/March. If you are selected, you will be contacted, and submitting a proposal does not guarantee approval by the Center.
Past participants have given high marks to keynotes that are interactive, inspiring, informative, and memorable. We encourage you to propose a keynote that engages participants during the time allocated and sends them away with several key takeaways and lessons learned.
