Support worker hub evaluation

In June 2023, we published our support worker hub and framework.

One year on, we want to evaluate the resources we produced to ascertain whether the framework is being used as a practical tool in speech and language therapy services, and that provision of the framework has reduced risk, ensured safe and supported delegation, and is meeting the needs of support workers.

This survey is for both support workers and those managing support workers. It is a very important part of our evaluation and will inform us of the gaps in this area and what our future work should focus on. We ask that those managing support workers encourage all the support workers in their services to fill in this survey, regardless of membership status.
