By submitting the Sponsor Application to the Association of Corporate Counsel – New York City Chapter, the Firm/Company applicant agrees that: (1) you have carefully reviewed the terms and conditions of the 2025 ACC-NYC Sponsorship Program and that you are committed to working within the Sponsorship Guidelines (set forth in appendix 1) and will commit the necessary resources to maintaining the Chapter’s reputation for best-in-class programming; 2) you are authorized to submit the Sponsorship Application on behalf of the Firm/Company; and 3) you will remit the requisite Sponsorship Fees to ACC-NYC by the stated deadline.
