Background

The Australian Sustainable Built Environment Council (ASBEC) Women in Construction Future Leaders Pilot Program is open to all women who working in the residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure building and construction industry.
 
This includes people who provide products or services to the construction industry: building designers, architects, landscape architects, engineers, surveyors, professionals, builders, developers, project managers, planners, facilities managers, sustainability, trades, certifiers, associations, administration, and suppliers. 
 
The ASBEC Future Leaders Pilot Program will be limited to 24 participants in the first round.

The program will include:
  • Welcome event with industry leaders (18 Jan 2024 - Sydney)
  • Face-to-face MasterMind Leadership Workshops (18th Jan, 13th Feb, 5th Mar 2024 - Sydney)
  • One-on-one executive coaching (Three online sessions - 45 mins)
