USA Fencing Coaching Education Workshop January 5, 2018

USA Fencing Coaching Education will host a free sport psychology seminar at the January NAC in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Titled “Using Imagery to Improve Fencing Performance,” the seminar will focus on visualization tactics athletes can use prior to a competition to better their performance.
Taking place from 5-6 p.m. on Friday, January 5 in Room 4 ED of the Virginia Beach Convention Center, the one-hour session will led by Karen Cogan (Colorado Springs, Colo.), a U.S. Olympic Committee sport psychologist who works with the USA Fencing National Team.
