Yes, not sure it looks exactly like "meditation" but I do quiet my mind each day

Truth? I am constantly scrolling but don't want to actually admit it

Well.... all in? Maybe 4-5 hours , I can lose track of time scrolling

While I like to check social , I do know it can distract me, so no more than 2-3 hours combine, sometimes i set a timer
