Medical Marijuana vs. Opioids Survey

This survey asks your opinion on the possible role for Medical Marijuana (MMJ) in combatting opioid addiction and whether you agree with the school zone restriction - i.e., according to PA's Medical Marijuana Law, MMJ dispensaries “may not be located within 1,000 feet of the property line of a public, private or parochial school or a day-care center.”

Yes, but there should be less ambiguity as to which types of schools are included.

No, there is no reason for such a restriction when other types of drug stores such as CVS are not similarly restricted.

Yes, no matter what type or size of school - even ballet or judo classes, etc.
