The Bridge Program, organized by the Atlanta Business League (ABL) and sponsored by Atlanta Gas Light (AGL), is designed to foster mentorship and connection between young entrepreneurs and professionals (ages 19-40) and established business leaders in the ABL. The program’s mission is to empower the next generation of business leaders, cultivate relationships, and create positive impacts within Metro Atlanta’s small business community.

Host a Roundtable Discussion on a Specified Date - Lead a small-group discussion on the fourth Tuesday of my assigned month, focusing on a specific topic relevant to leadership or business development. Sessions may be hosted at my place of business or another designated venue.
Prepare and Engage with Participants - Develop discussion points on my chosen topic, fostering a collaborative and interactive session that encourages sharing and learning among attendees.
Share Expertise on ABL’s Podcast - Participate in ABL’s Telling Our Story podcast to share insights from the roundtable discussion, expanding the conversation to the broader ABL community.
Create a Welcoming and Inclusive Environment - Encourage diverse perspectives and foster a respectful, inclusive atmosphere for all attendees.
Gather Feedback for Continuous Improvement - Collect participant feedback after the roundtable and provide insights to ABL on program enhancements.
