Women's Leadership Academy Survey
In June of 2020, the Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) established a statewide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce. The Taskforce was established with representation from each college and the Board Office and includes faculty, staff, and students, and is charged with developing meaningful, actionable, and measurable recommendations focused on diversity and inclusion for all. One of the early recommendations from the Taskforce is to establish the LCTCS Women’s Leadership Academy. This Academy would complement and build on the success of the Women’s Leadership Summit held during the Annual LCTCS Conference. Before establishing the academy, we want to hear from you.
