SkillFlix for Parents of Youth on the Autism Spectrum Screener Survey

Thank you for your interest in our research. Please answer the following questions and we’ll tell you if you are eligible to take part in the SkillFlix for Parents of Youth on the Autism Spectrum study. The screening will take about 10 minutes. You do not have to answer any questions you do not wish to answer or are uncomfortable answering, and you may stop at any time. Your participation in the screening is voluntary. Your data is confidential and will only be shared with study staff.

To protect the participants of this study, the parents and autistic youth, additional screening steps will be required to confirm eligibility for this study during a phone call with study staff.

Surveys completed with a VPN will be discarded.

All incentives will be distributed through USPS mail.
