Introduction, purpose and how to complete

Mount Gravatt Community Centre Inc. is a family and community services organisation, originally set-up in 1991 in the Mount Gravatt district. We now deliver a range of services and activities covering Brisbane City Council wards: Holland Park, Macgregor and Coorparoo and the State electorates of Greenslopes, Mansfield and Sunnybank.

We deliver home and garden maintenance, minor home modifications, personal care, respite, social and domestic services directly into community members’ homes to support the safety and wellbeing of individuals and families in our local community. We also provide information, advice and referral services and a diverse range of activities supporting social connection, education and healthy lifestyles both at the centre and in the local community.

We are very interested to understand what you may or may not know about the services and activities we currently offer. We would like to hear your views on what else is important to you, to inform how we may look as an organisation in the future. All of this information will be shared with our Board of Management, (all of whom are volunteers) to inform the development of our new Strategic Plan 2017-2020, and set our direction for the next 3 years.
