Use this form to register for Toastmasters District 53 Club Officer Training (COT). COT is an important part of the Toastmasters leadership education program.

To qualify as "trained" for DCP credit, you must attend at least 75% of one 3-hour COT event (135 minutes).
If you serve in multiple officer roles and/or in multiple clubs, you will automatically get credit for all of your officer roles after attending one COT event.

Registration confirmations will be emailed each Saturday or Sunday, and a reminder will be emailed 1-2 days before your registered training date.

All COT events are online only via Zoom. The Zoom link is provided on screen at the end of this registration form. It will also be included in your confirmation and reminder emails.

Preparation
The COT Winter session is a bit different than the Summer Session. You have been performing your club leadership role for several months at this point, so the Winter Session is more of an exchange of ideas. To prepare for your Officer Specific training class, please reflect on how your role has been going so far and be prepared to collaborate with your peers in other clubs. What has or has not been working well for you so far? What challenges have you run into? If you did, how did you resolve these challenges?

At this point, you should already be familiar with the Club Leadership Handbook. But if not, please review at least your role in it. It would also be a good idea to bookmark or download this handbook, if you haven't already.
