COOL ZONE PROGRAM OVERVIEW
COOL ZONE FAN PROGRAM: Older adults and people living with disabilities living on limited incomes may receive a free electric fan. Do not rely on electric fans for cooling if temperatures exceed 90 degrees.
ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible, the recipient must meet all of the requirements below:
- Not have access to an air-conditioned space at their home or apartment building.
- Unable to travel to a Cool Zone site.
- Not already own a working fan per household.
- Not have received a fan from the Cool Zone program in the past 2 years (2022 and 2023.)
- 60 years of age or older or disabled.
- Household income less than or equal to the following income guidelines:

If eligible, complete survey questions below and a fan will be shipped to the address indicated in the eligibility form. Please note, information is only being asked to determine eligibility for a fan and will not be shared for any other purpose unless you provide consent.
